Bright Tangerine's Viv Kit 2 is a three-stage 150mm clamp-on matte box solution. Constructed around the Viv core, this kit includes a carbon fiber top flag for controlling lens flare and three 4x5.65" filter trays, two of which sit in rotatable stages. Carbon fiber construction in the shade and top flag ensures a light weight and durable build that will last through heavy use on set.
This is the core foundation of the Bright Tangerine Viv 5" Matte Box in a 3-stage setup. It features the core frame and carbon fiber shade, and three filter stages: one fixed, two rotating.
Viv 5" is a compact 5 x 5" matte box featuring an expandable design that allows attaching additional filter stages. It's also a hybrid matte box, supporting clamp-on, rod-mount, and swing-away attachment, providing the flexibility to switch between studio and handheld modes. Viv 5" features a 150mm clamp-on rear attachment that you can downsize with numerous Bright Tangerine reduction rings. It will cover lenses as wide as a 14mm Cooke S4 and still use 3 filter stages, as well as a RED Pro Zoom at 5K. Viv 5" is the same as the standard Viv model but supports 5 x 5" filters for broadcast applications. Whereas traditionally filter stages are fixed within the matte box, Viv 5" is designed with one fixed stage onto which you can attach and stack up two additional ones, and the additional ones can be rotated 360°. At the click of a button, the individual stages are easily separated. One of the benefits of this is that the stages become very easy to clean since each one can be handled separately.
The Bright Tangerine 15mm LWS Rod Bracket can be used for multiple purposes within different setups of Bright Tangerine gear. In some cases additional accessories are required.
This is a pair of carbon fiber Bright Tangerine Side Flags for the Bright Tangerine Viv and Misfit matte boxes. Each flag features a variable side wing allowing you to adjust the height of the side flag to match how your top and bottom flags are set. The side flags incorporate a lightweight aluminum axel that attaches to your matte box and acts as a pivot for the side wing. When you remove the side flags, the weight of the axle stays with the side flag and not with the matte box.
