L-Mount to PL Mount Pro (Panasonic and Leica) is a shimmable version of our PL lens mount adapter that enables mounting of PL mount lenses onto the Panasonic and Leica L-Mount cameras. Mount includes a foot with 1/4-20 threaded hole for attaching to a tripod eliminating strain on the camera.
If you are using the L-Mount to PL Mount Pro (Panasonic and Leica) without a camera cage, you can use the included WC Lens Adapter Universal Support Foot to attach directly to the bottom of your camera and lens mount. This allows all the weight to be transferred from the lens mount to the bottom of the camera to avoid any flexing or damage that could occur when using heavier lenses.
