Unique design
The new Lantern softbox model from Aputure has a unique design. When folded, it has the shape of a cone, but in one movement it can take a working spherical one. Thanks to this, the nozzle is easy to transport and store, but it can be quickly prepared for work. It is enough to press the cone to the floor and “charge” the adapter ring inward, and after that just fasten the ends of the fabric. The model has a Bowens mount and is suitable for any appropriate illuminator.
Controlling the light
Complete with a nozzle you will find a special skirt with which you can adjust the light output. Four segments can be separately raised and lowered, changing the shape of the light. A reflective surface is provided on the inside, which allows the beam to be concentrated where necessary.
Omnidirectional
Lantern, as befits a lantern, is able to give a soft, omnidirectional light, filling the space around. The spherical 26 "form gives a distribution of a light stream on 270 °.
