NanLite's Forza 500 Monolight LED luminaire has a 5600K color temperature with a high CRI/TLCI of 98/95, which indicates maximum color accuracy. The small form factor and weight makes it a welcome addition, and the reflector with 55 degrees allows it to give out 29,440 lumens.
Forza 500 is cooled by a quiet fan and can adjust the brightness from 0 to 100%. One of the advantages of the luminaire is its AC/DC capabilities. The device is ready for use all over the world thanks to a power source from 110 to 240 V AC, but it can also work from additional batteries with a V-shaped mount when the mains current is not available. Operating time is about one hour at full power.
Bright exit
The Forza 500 delivers an impressive 6,257 lux at 9.8'. With a brightness reduction of 100 to 0%, you can quickly adapt the Forza 500 to any scene without adding ND filters or a diffuser.
Exact color
Light brightness is important, but without color accuracy, a lot of time and money will be lost in post-production. The Forza 500 has CRI 98 and TLCI 95, which means you can shoot with confidence, knowing that color reproduction will be accurate.
Also, with pre-programmed special effects in a simple menu system, Forza makes it easy to simulate lighting scenarios that are otherwise difficult to reproduce. At the touch of a button, you can simulate the lighting effects of lightning, a TV screen, flash and a flickering light bulb.
