Studio rent
KINOARENDA provides studio rental service! This event became a real holiday for all of us and filming lovers.
Our studio is located right in Kinoarenda, it is a space of 60 m2 with a white cyclorama, large windows and black walls. You don't have to worry that something might not go according to plan. We are always nearby and can quickly come to the rescue, allowing you not to be distracted from the creative process.
We have created two tariffs especially for videographers and photographers:
- 1000 RUB/hour - white cyclorama + color backgrounds to choose from in stock.
- 1600 RUB/hour - white cyclorama + 2 pulsed light devices, modifiers, softbox and octobox + color backgrounds to choose from available.
Minimum rental time is 2 hours. Make-up area is included in the rental price of the hall and becomes available from the start of booking. All necessary equipment for filming can be booked with our managers in advance or rented from stock. There is a 50% discount on the rental of Kinoarenda equipment for filming in the studio.
*There are renovation works in the courtyard of the house, so recording of pure sound during the day is temporarily unavailable.

The rules of the studio are an offer, by booking the studio the Tenant automatically accepts them and agrees with them.
BEFORE THE START OF THE RENTAL, THE TENANT IS OBLIGED TO SIGN THE TRANSFER ACT FOR THE HALL, EQUIPMENT AND STUDIO PROPERTIES.
1. Parking.Paid parking on Rentgena Street - 100 ₽ per hour

You can book a studio through our Manager.
Minimum rental time for the hall is 2 hours. Extension of studio bookings is only possible for a period of at least 1 hour.
The end time of the hall rental is the moment of complete vacating of the premises from the presence of the representatives and property of the Tenant. The Landlord (Kinoarenda employee) has the right to demand from the Tenant a fine of 1000₽ for every 5 minutes of late vacating the rented hall. In case of the need to use additional, unoccupied time, the Tenant pays for the hall according to the current rates of the photo space. Storage of camera sets, props, lighting and other equipment in the corridors and common areas of the studio is prohibited. Upon completion of the use of the hall, the manager inspects the space and cycloramas for damage or defects. In case of detection of a malfunction and/or appearance of defects, including contamination of the cyclorama, the Tenant is obliged to repair or replace at his own expense, or reimburse the contractor for the cost of repairs or the full cost of the property that cannot be repaired, according to the current retail prices. In case of detection of defects, damage and/or malfunction of equipment, props, scenery, the Lessee undertakes to pay for repairs or purchase of new equipment/props on site. The Lessee undertakes to pay for the actual costs incurred for the hall's downtime in case of repair work. If the Lessee cannot pay on site, he undertakes to write a receipt in the form issued by the Film Rental manager, attaching a copy of the identity document and reimburse the damage within seven days.
Photo backdrops.
Any background is given out for shooting in the studio free of charge from the availability of the rental manager. The time for installing the background is included in the rental time (5-10 minutes). Our specialist helps with installing the background. Please do not install the background yourself.

Payment for booking
Immediately after the end of the rental period, you must go to our managers and pay for the booked rental time. In case of lateness or early release of the shooting hall, the difference in cost is not refunded.
Payment is accepted by QR code, cash or card. Cancellation of booking. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the start of the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before without a valid reason, the client may be blacklisted.
Dressing room.
A free dressing room is provided for one guest for whom the hall is booked from the start of the rental. Without renting the hall, the dressing room is not provided.
Replacement shoes.
The hall can only be visited in clean shoes, which the Tenant can bring with him or take a pair of slippers from the cloakroom area, returning them after the visit. For filming on a cyclorama, the soles of the changeable shoes must be glued with tape.
Animals.
Filming with animals is permitted, the Tenant is responsible for any damaged property.
About behavior in the studio.
Smoking, using open fire, drinking alcohol, and using drugs on the premises of the photo studio are strictly PROHIBITED. You can move the furniture in the room, but the client bears full financial responsibility for damage to property. After the shoot, everything must be returned to its place.
The use of any coloring agents (including drinks with a coloring base), confetti and glitter, body oils in the filming room is prohibited.
The photo studio is not responsible for items left unattended.
Photography and video shooting with propaganda of violence, pornography, racial discrimination and filming of advertising nature of escort services are prohibited in our photo studio.

Staff
Kinoarenda provides services for photography support by specialists with a longstanding work experience on the set.
Prices and terms
- The price is indicated for 1 working shift (10 hours) on the territory of St. Petersburg.
- Cost is calculated from loading to unloading.
- Collection and verification of equipment are shown in the cost rates.
- Overwork is calculated in the amount of 15% of the working shift cost per hour.
- Lunch (1 hour) is included in a specialist’s 10-hour shift. The current lunch (coming after 7 hours worked) is calculated as an overtime hour.
- The cost of specialists’ work out of the city will be discussed individually.

Directs a camera crew. Responsible for the visual design of the project. Embodies the Director’s ideas into images. The cost depends on the task.
Camera operator neg. i
Camera operation. Provides shooting according to the script. The cost depends on the task.

Helps to set up the rented equipment (except of heavy light and Red and Arri cameras). Does not deal with video broadcasting equipment (look for VIDEO ENGINEER).

Delivery
Kinoarenda company also provides delivery of the equipment to the set. The cost of the service depends on the time of day, the territorial area of Saint Petersburg as well as the amount of the order. Shipping is carried out by car and by minibus.

Small-sized sets: within the city - 800 RUB., within the region - 800 RUB + 50 RUB/km.
